Hola,

 

I am Diego, and I am the PM for PWA platform features in Edge. Part of my work consists of being able to quickly write specifications for new and upcoming features, and I would like to request mentorship since I am fairly inexperienced in this, and I would like to improve these skills.

 

At the moment I am working on getting protocol_handlers and url_handlers into the manifest spec, getting a draft spec for Window Controls Overlay, and with the Device Posture spec.

Hi there, I want to say sorry for the delay in getting you a mentor for these three specs you mentioned. (Although it looks like +Joshua Bell has already somewhat volunteered for Window Controls Overlay?) I usually try to get something within 2 days, but this week is a "no meetings week" at Google where many of the mentors work, which means a lot of them are on vacation.

I'm continuing to reach out to try to find appropriate mentors for you as soon as I can. In the meantime if you have any specific questions that a mentor would be helpful for, I'm happy to volunteer temporarily, although I don't have the bandwidth to do a full mentorship.

+Reilly Grant has volunteered to be your spec mentor for the Device Posture spec, and +Joshua Bell for the Window Controls Overlay spec. We're still working on someone for the manifest additions.
