Unframed mode mentor

Hello spec-mentors,

I am working on the blink process for Unframed mode in https://chromestatus.com/feature/5551475195904000. Work on this feature started years ago and was paused due to team restructuring until recently. Dan Murphy (cc'ed) was the spec mentor for the feature when it started, and has agreed to continue his mentorship.

This is mainly an FYI as Dan is already spec mentor in chromestatus. My understanding is there's nothing else we need to do, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
