As you're probably aware, Sydney's platform architecture team has been working since early this year on removing the web/ directory from blink, and relocating its code to core/ and modules/, as part of the broader Onion Soup 2.0

The final deletion of the web directory, a major milestone, happened in this CL

https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/606812

meaning we can close out this huge bug https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=712963

Big thanks to everyone for your patience, CLs and reviews!

The web/ is dead! Long live core/ and modules/!

Top work folks - that's a fantastic milestone!
