Had to disable LayoutNG because dev tools broke

I filed feedback about this, but figured I'd re-post just to make sure.

With the LayoutNG experiment enabled, I couldn't scroll any files in the sources tab of DevTools.  This meant I could only debug things in the top 100 lines of code or so :)

Disabling the layoutNG experiment resolves this.

Interesting, that shouldn't happen. What os is that? Which channel/version of chrome? Anything unusual about your setup?

I'll take a look into this. This is also the reason why I do not run with layout-ng enabled :)

Lets make crbug.com/900390 the tracking bug for LayoutNG & devtools.
