Meeting to discuss enabling high-resolution timers

Heya, happy new year all,

I'm really glad with the progress we've made on Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy and I think the model has basically settled now. The remainder there is refactoring the HTML Standard and adding it, writing tests, and getting it implemented and shipped (not necessarily in that order).

At Mozilla we'd really like to make progress on high-resolution timers as well, despite the concerns relayed in the last meeting (i.e., going on the assumption those will be addressed via other means). Are other folks up for discussing this? Would 9AM PST some day next week work? (Apart from Thursday Nika and I are good.)

Great!  I'm happy to meet next week to discuss high res time and anything remaining for COOP.  Tuesday and Wednesday would be the best on my side, but Monday might work as well-- Friday's the only day I can't make.  I can also set up the Google Hangout again if that works for people.  I'll catch up on the recent discussions before then.

Tuesday or Wednesday would be best for me as well. Note that Wed 9am PST seems to overlap with the WebAppSec monthly, but given the lack of major topics last time around and the holiday break I imagine it might not be an essential meeting (if the chairs don't outright cancel it).
