This doc gives a high-level view of how we're decomposing the overall project of "providing consistent access to the user’s Google identities from inside and outside the browser process via a Mojo service with an easy-to-use-and-maintain interface and minimal implementation dependencies." Our intent is for it to serve as a longer-term roadmap for the project to place the various stages in context as we go through them.
