Updates from wpt-land in the last fortnight:

Importer:

• We verified that applying patches locally works and therefore in general importer shouldn't be blocked on export in general, but there was a case where things didn't quite work so smoothly: crbug.com/754613.
  
• The Mac Blink try bots are crashing every 2 days at midnight (crbug.com/750594), more updates to come...!
• The log messages for patch failures in is_exportable checks is now suppressed for importer (crbug.com/748192)
  
• Owner lines are now gone from from W3CImportExpectations (crbug.com/713987)
  

Exporter:

• Now we're always relying on Change-Id when possible to find associated PRs (crbug.com/748876)
  
• Exporter can now request the GitHub pull request list because pagination (crbug.com/740175)
  

Kudos to Robert for most of these improvements :-)

Great progress here, thanks all! Even when it seems like things are slightly hot / on fire, we're actually doing quite well on the reliability front. We had 5 days with imports last week, 4 with automatic imports. That doesn't even need to double to reach to goal of daily automatic imports. And I haven't heard about Chromium developers waiting for import for a while, all in line with the goal of making wpt sync transparent.
