All Mammoth and Sabre shards will stop accepting submissions today

As previously announced at https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/ct-policy/c/-N1YTYNeVl4/m/aqcgMUoJGwAJ, all of the active Mammoth and Sabre shards will stop accepting submissions at approximately 15:00 UTC today.

Affected users should consider using our Elephant and Tiger shards instead.  Elephant is Usable in both the Chrome and Apple log lists.  Tiger is Usable in the Apple log list and has been Qualified in the Chrome log list for over 70 days (so is due to transition to Usable).

Tiger logs should now be visible as Usable in Chrome's log list as well. Caching may mean that the old version of the log list lingers for some viewers, but rest assured that Tiger logs are safe to use for CT compliance in Chrome.
