Status Page for Sectigo's (Comodo's) CT Logs [Mammoth and Sabre]

A good idea brought forth by Aneta Wojtczak-Iwanicka in the last CT Policy Days is to have a status page for logs.  I have taken the liberty to add Sectigo's (Comodo's) CT Logs (Mammoth and Sabre) to our status page.  You can subscribe (via email or RSS) to any status changes.
