Unable to pay for web store developer registration

 Trying to pay the $5 Registration fee through web store developer dashboard and its constantly failing :(country: India) 

International transaction is enabled on my card with a good limit yet I am unable to pay for it...

If anyone has a solution please help me out 🙏

The code OR_FGVEM_07 means that your card issuer blocked the transaction, usually it means they believe it was a fraudulent transaction. If you call your bank/card company and speak to them it will be fixed.
