Hi,
I have a landing page which leads to Chrome Web Store. I integrated the same Google Analytics tracker ID in both my landing page and in the Chrome Web Store (via the extension item properties). In Google Analytics, I see page views from both my landing page and from the Chrome Web Store. My issue is with the Behavior -> Behavior Flow view where I don't see any users going from my landing page to the Chrome Web Store, even though this is the main way users are reaching my extension in Chrome Web Store. I also tested it myself.
Anyone know how to configure Google Analytics to track user journeys from a landing page to Chrome Web Store?

Thanks in advance,
Barak

Hi

AFAIK it's not possible.
Google Analytics, by default, doesn't track user journey across domains.

You can track extension installs by opening a page like "Thank you" on the same domain as the landing. (By opening a tab in your extension on chrome.runtime.onInstalled).
By doing this, you can at least track conversion rates across acquisition channels.

Thanks
Aleksey
