How to Import/Export localstorage to a file?

Hello everyone,

I'm new to javascript and sure in extension field too. I'm modifying an extension so that it more suitable for me and more dynamic. The feature that i want to add to this extension is Import/Export-ing data. Currently i'm using localstorage to load data, now if i want to share my data, i have to copy my localstorage and that is insane. 

This feature already has in many extensions/addons, event in chrome or firefox it is a built-in feature for importing/exporting bookmark.

I've searched on google for FileAPI, localstorage2file...sth alike but didn't success in applying.

You just need to download the extension from store, that's all.
