CRX3 creator script

Hello.

Some people asks about CRX3 creator script e.g (https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/forum/#!topic/chromium-extensions/-haD-ODl-xY).

I have created a python script which creates crx3 files:

Could you please also add a new section "Packaging scripts" to https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/hosting as it was at the old web page https://web.archive.org/web/20180114090616/https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/crx ? That will help a lot of people to miragate theirs crx2 files to crx3.
