I'm supper happy to see all these store upgrades!

And did you know there is a switch for the notifications about supports requests? 

When what this (finally) added? :)

Also, is the support for non-trader accounts coming in a foreseeable future or should I convert to trader (whatever that means :D).

That switch was added back in April.

I am not aware of any changes being made to that requirement in the near future. There is a FAQ that gives a bit of a background to it, though!
