Long pending review for published extension

Hello, my extension was published successfully some time ago, now I am trying to update it but its pending review for 3 weeks. I was trying to contact support through  form but got only automatic response no one contacted me back. 

Is there a way to make the process faster in the future, and why is it taking so long?

It looks like there was an outcome for your submission a few hours ago. Thanks for your patience with that.

There isn't anything you can do and this isn't specific to your extension, unfortunately. We're seeing a significant increase in submissions right now, which is affecting review times. We're working to bring them down again.
