exact time of upload to youtube

is there a plugin or a way to see when a video was upload to youtube and as specific as the hour and minute it was uploaded?

This part of the Youtube API seems relevant:

https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/docs/videos#methods

looks like the "publishedAt" field might be what you're interested in.
