Scrolling with spacebar scrolls *almost* a whole screen down.

Hi all.

When I scroll a web page with the spacebar, the page does not scroll down exactly for the size of the viewport.

There is always an offset. 

Can I programmatically change the value of that offset with Javascript?

[Basically, I would like it to become zero for certain pages]
