Accessing task manager of chrome programmatically

Can someone tell me if there is a way to access chrome task manager , like any api or something??

From C++ code within the browser, from JavaScript or externally from another application?

I guess so about the first, no about the second (the experimental chrome.processes extension API, if it is still included in Chrome, provides some information, but not all of it, I believe) and no public API as far as I know about the third.
