PSA: Switched default linker for non-official android x64 builds

As of this morning, we're now using mold to link chrome. Please watch out for anything related to linker mistakes when using this configuration. 

You should also notice your link times being much faster :)

Thank you for the update. I will monitor for any linker-related issues following the switch to the mold configuration. The improved link times are a significant and welcome improvement.
