Buck or Bazel for local building chromium

Hello Chromium build experts,

    Wanted to know what is the recommended build system to build Chromium. I am aware of GOMA being widely used . Since its not available to everyone , how we can utilize other build systems like Buck or Bazel.

Has anyone tried using Bazel or Buck for their chromium soure code ?

If yes , how they have made ninja/build.gn changes so that buck/bazel build system is triggered ?

If no, what are the major challenges for  these build systems? 

Any insights on this will be realy helpful.

Aim is to get faster builds without GOMA.
