How to Dynamically Change the Chromium Icon on the Windows Taskbar?

Hello Chromium Community,

I am developing an application based on Chromium, and I would like to dynamically change the application icon on the Windows taskbar. Specifically, I want to switch the icon based on the application's state or different operations during runtime.

Is there any way to achieve this through an API or other methods? If there are any relevant documents or example code, could you please share them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

On Windows, take a look at DrawTaskbarDecorationWin, UpdateApplicationBadge for mac. AFAICT the common, cross-platform entry point is BadgeManagerDelegate overrides.
