Android: Build AAB without //android_webview

Hi,

I'm trying to build Chromium into AAB.

Recently, chrome_modern_public_bundle was removed (crbug.com/1366416).
Now there seems to be monochrome and trichrome targets, both containing Android WebView.

If I understand correctly, it doesn't make sense for non-Google build to ship Android WebView inside the app bundle, since there can't be a WebView provider on consumer devices (https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/HEAD/android_webview/docs/webview-providers.md).

However, I couldn't find any target that builds AAB without WebView. Are there any guidelines or suggestions for building it?

+Andrew Grieve: I'm not sure what build configs have what settings now that we've dropped support for older OS versions, but slightly surprised that we still have chrome_public_apk but not the modern/bundle versions. Was there still any functional difference now that we dropped support for the legacy linker? Were there multiple modules in the bundle?
