Rewriter / Writer are not available (As of 11/4) due to know bugs &
they are not bypassable?

Hi Cameron,

That's correct, the Writer and the Rewriter APIs are currently not usable directly, and the team is working with highest priority on launching the upcoming origin trials for the Summarizer API, the Translator (and the already running Language Detector) APIs, and the Prompt API for Chrome Extensions. Once these launches have been completed, the team will pick up work on the other APIs again. Sorry for the delay.

Hi Cameron,

We've been working on an extension that provides compatible rewriter/writer APIs and polyfills those APIs for browsers that don't support them. It's called AiBrow (https://github.com/axonzeta/aibrow). Would this help as a temporary workaround?
