Prompt API shipping for Desktop

This is just an FYI in case folks miss it - I just noticed it myself - but apparently the Prompt API is no longer behind flags as of 148?

Although on the docs, https://developer.chrome.com/docs/ai/prompt-api, it still mentions flags. 

So is it shipping in 148 and the doc is just a bit behind?

Hey Ray,

The docs already mention that the API is shipping on 148.

I've just opened a CL to remove the now obsolete section about flags.
