Trying to start Chrome with proxy for only one URL and the rest direct connection.

Trying to solve how to only use proxy for one URL, in this case a proxy by putty tunnel. All calls to  myserver.com go by proxy and all other calls no proxy.
 
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --user-data-dir="%USERPROFILE%\proxy-profile" --proxy-server="myserver.com=socks5://localhost:9999"
