Hi All,

I am looking forward to requesting this third-party deprecation trial. I am a little bit confused whether "Register for DisableThirdPartyStoragePartitioning Trial" is the one? Or, there will be dedicated trial will be released soon.

Thanks

No, DisableThirdPartyStoragePartitioning does not affect Third Party Cookies (though I can understand how that is confusing). You can continue to follow this list and watch out for an Intent covering that dedicated trial, and I imagine the linked blog post will be updated once it's released as well.

thanks,
Mike

Great! Thanks for clarifying.

Just quick follow up, for the new trial, say if "A" writes and reads a third party cookie on "B", my understanding is "A" should request for the third-party cookie Deprecation trial?

It will be a third-party deprecation trial.  That means "B" in your example will have to be the one to register.  See:

The deprecation trial is not open to registrations yet and we will have further details in the near future.

Thanks, Let me clarify a bit on my example.

"A" is the writer of the cookie under the server sent cookie with the top-level context. "B" is reading the cookie under the embedded iframe hosted by Site "C"("123.com"). Both A and B are from the same domain of "my.connect.aws.com", where A is a top-level site, and B is a site embedded under site C. Therefore, The unpartitioned cookie access is denied.

Should "123.com" or "my.connect.aws.com" file for the third-party cookie trial?

In this example, a third-party deprecation trial would require B to register.  So if I read correctly, I think that means my.connect.aws.com.
