Request approval for subdomains in OT

Hi Blink API owners,

We have started the Origin Trial (OT) for Connection Allowlists in M148 (chromestatusentry) and are reaching out here to request approval to allow OT with subdomains of an entry included in the PSL.

Problem:

One OT partner team would like to test the feature and their setup includes documents served from an entry in the PSL of the form <id>.<PSL entry>. Since <id> is dynamically generated, they would need to enable subdomains for the OT which is not allowed per https://developer.chrome.com/docs/web-platform/origin-trial-troubleshooting#subdomain.

Solution:

The OT infrastructure can update the configuration and create a token for a domain like this, which requires API owners' approval.

We think this is acceptable because the risk of API burn-in is mitigated by the fact that only one partner wants to use this behavior. We will keep the partner updated on any API changes to ensure they do not continue to depend on any experimental functionality that has been updated.
