Including another platform in I2S?

Hi Blink API owners,

In the I2S thread for Storage Access Headers, Peter Pakkenberg suggested that we also ship this feature on Android WebView. (Our original plans were to ship on desktop platforms and Android.) It would be nice to ship on more platforms at once, but I recognize that we've gone through the Blink launch process thus far without planning to include WebView. Would it be okay to include WebView in our shipping plans going forward? Or would the API owners prefer that we send a separate I2S at some future point for adding support on WebView?
