Can't change WebView provider

Hello, when I try to switch the WebView provider to the latest 148.0 version it won't allow me. Please see attached screenshot, it shows that it's uninstalled for Secure Folder (it was previously for Dual_app, I had then turned off dual messenger hoping it would fix the issue but unfortunately it did not). I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, Android 16, UI 8.0.

This seems like it's a Samsung feature: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-is-the-secure-folder-and-how-do-i-use-it/

Like similar features on other devices this is implemented using separate Android users, so to use a different channel of WebView you need to install that channel into the secure folder so that it's available for all users.
