It looks like you disabled your WebView implementation somehow. Can you check the instructions at the bottom of https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/HEAD/android_webview/docs/prerelease.md#multiple-profiles to get things back in a good state? For some reason the canary WebView isn't supported on your device and the stable channel was disabled.

If you intentionally disabled the WebView package, then you should go back and reenable it. WebView is necessary for your device to function properly.
