Hi,

Due to network outage, Chrome Infrastructure mirroring service git_updater is not working since ~00:00 UTC today.
Two things are disrupted:

1. Landing changes in SVN repositories won't be reflected in their Git mirrors.
Among many others, these repos are affected: build, build_internal and depot_tools.
Specifically, your changes to recipes and master/slave configs won't be noticed by our infrastructure.

2. Some git to git mirrors are not working either, usually from GitHub to https://chromium.googlesource.com/external/github.com/...
If your mirror is affected and you super urgently need it back,
file a bug for Infra-Git admin and link to this PSA and add Infra-Troopers, Pri0 label.
No guarantees, but it might be possible to use internal Gerrit service for mirroring instead.

We currently have no estimate as to when it will be resolved.

However, if you work on pure Git repositories, such as chromium or v8, things should be functioning as usual.

We have a temporary fix for this in place. Please, report if you still have problems.
This should also let bugdroid and commit position bot services proceed with their work as well.

This still appears to be causing us grief on the Syzygy waterfall:

All of our bots are hung on the bot-update step.
