Our Website does not work properly in latest Chrome (61+)

Hello, we are having issues with our website since version 61 of Chrome.

This is the site: https://www.dynamicinstitute.com/

It will not load content when scrolling down (based around some JavaScript code), which use to load perfectly fine in older Chrome versions (I tested version 59 and everything worked perfectly). Other browsers work with our site; it is only the latest versions of Chrome (61 and now 62) causing issues.

Any idea as to why this is happening? Is this something we need to fix on our end? Did Google drop support of certain scripts in the latest Chrome version or is this a bug?

Chrome was intentionally made more interoperable with other browsers as well as the specification by using <html> (document.documentElement) as the default scrollable element rather than <body> (document.body) in standards mode (a page having <!DOCTYPE html>).

If your website has issues as a result, it usually means some code is detecting the browser (browser sniffing) rather than the feature (feature detection).

I noticed that another website of ours was no longer scrolling up or down in Chrome (http://pacificgerman.com/). I guess this explains that as well.

I will take a look and post again if I need more help or if we manage to resolve the issues. I'm hoping updating our theme or getting our theme support involved will lead to a quick solution.

Our theme (Hoxa WordPress) had an update that resolved this issue. If you are having a similar issue, then check for theme updates or contact your theme support for assistance.
