How to Enable service worker for my android webview app

Hello 

i have an ember application that users service workers and pouchdb to work offline.

I want to create an android apk wrapper for the app so that users can install it on their devices.

I have the app in an apk but i get an error, that service workers are not supported in my android studio.

How can enable or support it ???????????

Service Workers are not supported in WebView. I do not know what it takes for them to be supported, but I guess the work would be substantial.

Service Workers have been supported for many releases. What version of WebView is installed on the device you're using for testing?

Sorry, I guess the status of the push API made me forget that announcement and think that the push API is not supported because service workers are not supported.

I think the problem is from the device i was using.
Tested it on another device and it worked.
