PSA: more browser-side navigation tests on CQ

Hi Chromites,

As we move closer to launching PlzNavigate (aka browser-side navigation), we've added a certain numbers of browser-side navigation tests on the CQ bots. Our goal is to enable browser-side navigation on Canary for a day during Q4, and we want to ensure that we don't regress on the work done.

If you want to debug one of these test failures, just run the test with the --enable-browser-side-navigation flag.

Note that it is always possible to add your test to the exclusion filters (testing/buildbot/filters/browser-side-navigation.*), but if you do so, please file a bug and mention it in the flag comments.
