Chrome on Mac now only runs on OSX 10.9+.

Thank you, Erik! This is great.

I gave the go-ahead to the media guys to drop QTKit support earlier today. We had been using AVFoundation on 10.9 and later anyway. I also gave them the go-ahead to dump the dlopen/dlsym glue layer that we were using to access AVFoundation.
