PSA: Android bots switched to GN; Android GYP builds now unsupported

Hi chromium-dev,

As of last night, all chromium Android bots have been switched to gn. In accordance with the transition policy brettw@ sent out last week, this means that gyp builds for Android are now unsupported and should be expected to stop working in the near future. If you haven't switched to gn for building Android variants of chromium locally, please do so immediately.
