Buy button disabled for paid app

Hi,

Yesterday I published an app on the chrome webstore and its a paid app.

It was initially free - so I could ask a few of my friends for feedback and then made it paid. The problem is the buy button is greyed out and a few complained that they are unable to buy the app. I am not able to figure out why this is happening ? Any pointers ?

It seems to be working when I checked. The button was orange and let me click it. When I clicked it it asked me if I wanted to add it to Chrome.

It seems to be country related. I tried buying it from Brazil, and the button was indeed grayed out. Using a proxy from the US solved the problem. Hope I could give you some insight.
