Impressions in stat of CWS

In new stat page in developer dashboard of CWS i can see "Impressions". 

But i dont understand what it is. Can somebody explain?

Probably means click throughs to your page. In other words "views".

No it isnt. Becouse this impressions and data from analytics is different.

An impression is likely counted every time your item is displayed in the CWS to a user and they have the option to click through to details.
 
An impression is a measure of the number of times an ad is displayed, whether it is clicked on or not.

Impressions are the number of times your app is displayed to users.

Impressions measure views on the store wall. 

When we populate the wall with items, you get an "impression" when your app's tile is scrolled into view on the screen. This results in one "impression" per page load (in other words, you don't get an impression every time your item is scrolled into view, then out, then back in again).

I have had a couple of apps on the Google Chrome Store for a few months now and I only just noticed the 'Stats' link... the first thing I notice is that 'Impressions' has been on a very steady decline especially since mid May :-(  Based on what you say below, I find this confusing. I would expect it to be fairly constant with some dips up and down.... what you are telling me is that my apps are appearing less and less on the store wall??? I know there was a change in the menu in have sub-menus and I would expect that to have an affect.... to see that my apps are being seen less and less is rather disappointing.... can you tell me what is going on, a possible explanation and what if anything I can do to reverse the slide....
