2. Have you looked at line 18 like the error says?

3. Without seeing your manifest, it is hard to help.

4. There are some desynchronization issues between the two validators (the browser and the web store) and the team is trying to minimize them, as far as I know.

If you can create a reduced version of the defect (a manifest with a minimal number of fields that does not generate an error in Chrome but does in the web store, or the opposite), you can file an issue at crbug.com, attach the reduced version and post a link to the created issue here.

При тестировании непосредственно в самом Google Chrome  в режиме разработчика всё работает! Почему при загрузке выдает ошибку?!
