Closing the loop on the post blink merge world...

We're going to embark on the blink onion soup plan which opens the door to using base/, cc/, components/ and content/ classes inside Blink's Platform, using base/ inside WTF, removes code duplication, simplifies the various API layers, removes bugs, improve performance, increases velocity, and makes you crave layers of cheese over bowls of delicious soup. :)
