Summary
Remove SVGFEMorphologyElement.setRadius(radiusX, radiusY).
Motivation
It is non-standard and not supported in any non-WebKit/Blink browser:

The counter is in M36 and hasn't registered at all, which I've never seen before. I've checked the generated V8SVGFEMorphologyElement.cpp and verified that the counter is actually there.
