Like Vincent, I'm also very supportive but would love to see some more
work on the specification. I've filed some issues [1]. Hopefully, most
of these issues are not blockers.
Regarding Android, do you consider to have an implementation for users
with keyboards in the future? I believe that Alt+Tab would change
activities too and the use case to handle these might be similar. I'm
not sure if there is an API for this though.
