Summary
Remove contentStyleType/contentScriptType from SVGSVGElement

Motivation
These two methods have been removed in SVG2:
http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG2/changes.html

Relevant w3c discussion:
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-svg/2012May/0040.html

Mozilla went ahead a long time ago to remove them:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=819731

Compatibility Risk
My guess is low, although it is hard to say without UseCounter data.

Usage information from UseCounter
Unfortunately there is no UseCounter information on these.

Alternative implementation suggestion for web developers
No alternative, but AFAIK nobody tries to use something other than CSS and JS. And if that would be desired the solution should not be SVG-only anyway.

Entry on chromestatus.com and/or MDN
Nothing.

Requesting approval to remove too?
Yes

LGTM here as well. It's very unlikely there is any content depending on these.

Agreed. LGTM, despite lack of usecounter data, based on Moz's
demonstration that removal was web-compatible.

Rob, do you want to deprecate it or remove it?

Anyway, it looks safe.  LGTM2.

Hi,

Just to be clear, I want to remove it.
Cheers,

Rob.
