Summary
Remove the hasExtension() methods on SVGAnimationElement, SVGCursorElement, SVGGraphicsElement, SVGMaskElement and SVGPatternElement.
Motivation
These were in SVG 1.1 but have been removed from the spec. They always return false and usage is basically zero.
Compatibility Risk
Insignificant.
Alternative implementation suggestion for web developers
Assume that hasExtension() always return true and simplify the code accordingly.
