Specification https://w3c.github.io/payment-handler/#changepaymentmethod-method Summary Enable payment handlers to get the updated total from the merchant in response to a change in payment instrument selected within the payment handler. This will fire the PaymentMethodChangeEvent on the merchant website. Motivation For example, if the user selects a debit card with a billing address in France, the merchant may want to add VAT to the total. Risks

Will this feature be supported on all six Blink platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome OS, Android, and Android WebView)? Supported everywhere except WebView, which does not have payment APIs.
