Death of a Recently Retired CCMC Member

With great sadness, I need to share that Jim Coats was killed this morning. He was struck by a truck while riding his recumbent bike. No further details are know at this time. Tom Beatty has spoken to his daughter. We will send word along as further details become available.

Available records show that Jim joined the chapter in 2006 and remained active until early this year when he gracefully bowed-out, eloquently saying that the time had come for him the retire as an active chorus member.

Please, prayerfully support his family as they and we deal with Jim's tragic death. Again, details will be shared when the become available.
