For public comment regarding the Aug 20 Decision regarding the placement of STEAM programs after Glenwood closes.

In regards to each option, please also consider that there are students and families who live just beyond the current walker zone, but do walk and bike to school as part of the "neighborhood."

Over the years you may have seen a bicycle bus rolling through Burning Tree Drive on to Pinehurst, parents having a great chat with their child while walking, and many families taking advantage of some long held neigborhood shortcuts in order to make their way to school more "as the crow flies."

My ask is that you consider these familiies and their children part of  any "neighborhood" based decision on August 20th AND also as the execution of any decision post Aug 20th is worked through.

Thank you for the consideration,
