Release of the Sherpa 4.13.1 package for Python.
The Sherpa 4.13.1 package for Python was released on May 18, 2021.
This release of Sherpa includes various documentation updates, bug fixes, and infrastructure changes. The default branch in github (https://github.com/sherpa/sherpa) has been migrated from master to main.
