Chandra Cycle 28 Target List Released

The list of targets recommended by the Cycle 28 Peer Review is now posted at:

https://cxc.cfa.harvard.edu/target_lists/cycle28/index.html

This page also includes separate lists of:

- recommended time on joint partner observatories,  

- recommended programs that use Chandra time from multiple cycles,

- recommended Large Project and Very Large Project proposals, and

- overall statistics of the Cycle 28 program. 

All observations are contingent on the safety and well-being of the spacecraft; observations may be removed if deemed infeasible. Joint time observations recommended by the Cycle 28 Peer Review are also subject to partner observatory feasibility. 

An additional announcement will be made when the proposal and target information have been incorporated into the online observation catalog. Individual proposers will be contacted about their proposals at a later date.
