CXC Announces the Release of Chandra CalDB version 4.12.2

This upgrade includes the following items:

• ACIS T_GAIN file set covering 2022 through 2024.
• Five new file pairs for (V)FAINT, GRADED datamode cases.
• Four old files removed from the distribution.
• HRC-S QE Uniformity file set version N0022 (38 new files)
• Includes one additional file, and replaces the previous N0021 file set.
• The final file in the set is effective 2025-03-16.

Users who do not wish to download the full CalDB, but would rather access it via the web for their specific observations only, may use the CIAO contributed script download_obsid_caldb. Note that the web-accessible CalDB may take a day or two to be upgraded to this latest CalDB release.
